Nobbs, was a great find for the Coaching position of Indian Hockey as he played a major role in selecting the players and making them to move up towards the Olympic Games which are about to kick out soon.He made several changes in the team's management.
The Leading News Resources in India and Abroad stated that India's win at the Olympic Qualifiers could ruin the Top team's chance of Winning the Gold Medal at the London Olympics as they are emerging as a stronger team.Many players have criticised this statement earlier.
Now the Coach of the Indian Hockey team has said that "I want my boys to play for their country and make their country proud.When I was entering into the Hockey Sport there were no such visitors as if when considered to Football and Cricket.Even in India there are less number of viewers and now they are growing up like a mountain".
"I am satisfied with the team.But I want to make some changes immediately so that the team could be fixed in a stable position and confusion at later times may be avoided.I am happy with my boys, the way they come for practising and their attitude pleased me.So I am now reconstructing the Hockey team which each and every coach holds the responsibility" said Nobbs with a little smile in his face.
